Job Description
To provide end-to-end secretarial support to the Business Head and their teams by acting as the first point of contact and ensuring that all administrative requirements are handled within the required timeframes and set standards.
This role, amongst other activities, will be responsible for administrative support, secretarial functions, procurement support, local and international travel management, resources schedule management, meeting and workshop coordination, compiling reporting dashboards and related activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification
Experience Required
- 5-7 years of experience supporting Exco member and their teams.
- Project management and financial knowledge will be an added advantage
