Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Merchandising
- Create product displays as per the seasonal cycles and discount offers.
- Adhere to accepted merchandising standards/in-store planograms are maintained.
- Create product displays as per the store floor/freezer plan.
- Ensure defective, invested stock or old products are removed and new products are properly stacked and displayed.
- Install banners, posters, displays, flags, etc. in the store.
- Check the product stocking, merchandising and display systems.
- Interact regularly with all store staff to keep them informed about upcoming store projects and timelines.
- Monitor stock on the shelf in line with 8 Shelf Health Elements:
- Full Shelves at all times

- PI Labels present & correct

- Stock Rotation (FIFO)

- Spotless Shelves

- Product Quality Obsession

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Required to work weekends/overtime and public holidays
- Clear criminal record
