BKB Retail is looking for an experienced Agriculture Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and sales of agriculture product offering to agricultural clients in and around the Humansdorp area, and to develop BKB’s clientele in the region. The role requires a working knowledge of feed, seed, fertilizer, pesticide and veterinary products, and a solid and proven sales track record.
The role will operate remotely with regular check-ins, and will report to the Regional Manager. The package includes a basic salary and generous commission structure. A company vehicle and fuel allowance will be provided, as well as a laptop and internet connection. This position offers the opportunity to build a portfolio of clients from the ground up, and will require an astute, dedicated and ambitious individual with a passion for agriculture and customer service.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Agricultural-related post-matric qualification
- 3 - 5 years in sales within the agri-industry and/or livestock markets
- Proven success rate at sales levels achievement
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of agricultural market.
- Ensure constant growth in market share, revenue and profitability
- Responsible for effective and efficient logistics and administrative processes
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sale service
Skills:
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities in the region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
