Purpose of the Position:
- Responsible for the accurate scheduling and positioning of Commercials Schedules across all General Entertainment channels, international and domestic, for South Africa
Key Performance Areas
Scheduling
- Upload Breaks on Landmark and ensure all breaks have been received.
- Preparation of Logs. Ensure that the correct flighting codes have been communicated.
- Ensure that all spots booked have corresponding flighting codes for the relevant campaigns.
- Notify Contract Executives of Missing Spots.
- Retrieve UID from external VIZ System and ensure that there are no duplications.
- Accurate Capturing of flighting codes on Landmark.
- Run interface on Rights and Scheduling to ensure breaks correspond with Landmark
- Ensure that all limbos and exceptions are cleared
- Position spots on the log. Ensure that spots are positioned accurately, no product conflicts, and all durations are aligned with the break duration.
- Deliver breaks by channel according to stipulated deadlines.

- Policy and procedure implementation
- Manage adherence to policy according to South Africa guidelines

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in a related field
- 3-5 years advertising industry experience
