Job Description

As a dispatch Loader, including scheduling transportation, assigning and tracking work crews and drivers on delivery efforts, preparing work orders, and following all company regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Rotate product and ensure new product goes to the back to prevent financial losses
• Receive returns, weigh it in and do the necessary paperwork to prevent financial losses
• Continuously ensure that documentation is done accurately and correctly
• Ensure that the product is packed correctly and accurate invoicing on NAV
• Receive products from production and picking of loads into cages according to orders
• Picking of loads into cages according to orders
• Checking orders before loaded onto the vehicle
• Balancing of stock on each shift
• General duties as prescribed by the supervisor
• Occasionally transport en deliver goods according to instructions and prescribed routes
• Other applicable functions as applied in the industry

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF4
• Code EC licence with PDP is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role will serve as a recommendation
