Business Overview
This is a busy, fast-paced operation which offers many challenges and opportunities for the right person. This position is based at PE Multi-user Transport (Crossdock), Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).
Role Outline
To manage and control duties to agreed levels of performance and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the de-brief process. To coordinate functions in order to maximize utilization, productivity and customer service. Service delivery - on time and accurately. Ensure customer service is the highest standard and that losses are kept to a minimum.
To maintain the integrity of the Company at all times. To accurately and consistently de-brief drivers in order to ensure complete, accurate documentation and compliance to delivery standards.

General Accountabilities
- To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer requirements
- To maintain a high level of hygiene of the work area
- To work within operating areas, as determined by Management and the needs of the business
- Perform administrative duties / tasks in line with the relative Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practices
- Ensure that instructions to the drivers are clearly communicated
- Capturing of waybills on the user maintained and billing daily
- Ensure that service delivery is timeous and accurate
- Support and enable fleet management to maintain fleet - assist with filing
- Costing of trip manifest
- Attend to queries relating to orders and waybills
- Report daily captured trip sheet and KPI's
- Obtain information from drivers and the creation of trip manifest for haul operation
- Ensure a high level of communication is maintained with both internal and external customers
- Be actively involved in and support change initiatives
- Honesty and pride in your job and an eye for detail
- Adhere to SHE rules and best practices
- Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised

Qualifications
- Matric/ Relevant NQF level 4 qualification-essential
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar role
