Core Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service, ensuring timeous and accurate service delivery.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are performed to the highest level of quality standards
- Compile monthly reports and ensure that completed adhere to governance and legislative requirements
- Administer and supervise electronic information system
- Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with provided guidelines and escalate unresolved problems
- Support financial processes and adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risks.
- Contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships and enables exceptional customer service and ethical conduct

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Administration
- Archiving certificate
- Code EB Driver’s license
- 3 years experience in a similar environment
