A dynamic company is looking for a Receptionist | Administrator to provide an effective administrative and front of house service. The receptionist is the first point of contact and the first impression of the company whether in person or telephonically. Candidate to have a high level of integrity to be able to work with confidential information.
The candidate must live in or very near to Blouberg.
Key Responsibilities
- Full reception duties including answering the telephone, taking of messages, working switchboard and dealing with walk-in clients;
- Make sure all stock lists are up to date;

- Ensuring FICA is included and correct;
- Uploading of Disclosure Annexures onto Google Drive;
- Typing all mandate letters;
- Exclusion letters for all mandates expiring;
- Dealing with any issue regarding mandates or FICA documents as they arise;
- Allocating leads/referrals to the correct duty agents;
- Following up on leads from any campaigns;
- Widened Trust searches;
- LucidPress Templates;
- Meticulous attention to detail is required for the administrative side of this position.

Education & Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- 2 – 3 years experience in Administration.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Excellent attendance record;
- Well-presented appearance;
- High level of Emotional Intelligence;
- Good Communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
- Product/system knowledge: MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Problem-solving skills.
