CCBSA employs +-7500 employees. Key Purpose Statement To provide long-distance hauling and delivery of fountain, hot beverages and cooling equipment according to the planned delivery schedule for internal customers, sales teams and receiving outlets and to take responsibility for the hauler, loads and returns so that customer requirement and business needs are met.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver cooling equipment, as per planned scheduled routes, to meet the cooler demand at (Cold Drink Equipment) CDE Satellite sites.
- Conduct the inspection of cooling equipment at the satellite site before pick-up and record any damages or defaults.

- Secure cooling equipment on the truck using strapping, as per safety requirements.
- Conduct daily inspection of haulers, as per safety requirements.
- Inspect load when en route, to ensure cooling equipment is safely transported. Conduct emergency repairs, where required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards of the truck to promote longevity.
- Offload and load cooling equipment, according to relevant Safety, Health and Environmental standards (SHERQ).
- Complete the required documentation, as per audit requirements, for the moving of cooling equipment.
- Consolidate all expenses incurred when commuting in the truck, for budgeting purposes.
- Maintain a record of all toll fees and expenses during the trip.

Qualifications and Experience
- Matric.
- 1-2 years experience as a Hauler Driver.
- A valid professional driving permit and certificate in Driver Competence (including a clean driving record).
- A valid Code 14 license and Fork-lift license.
