Daily duties may include but not be limited to the following:
-
All general administration duties within an administration environment
-
General typing and updating of client information and documentation on our internal system
-
Updating of our client database on our internal system
-
Any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business as the employer may from time to time direct
-
Daily / weekly reporting to direct manager on progress made with tasks and highlighting exceptions
-
Strong written and oral communication skills, especially when dealing with e-mail and telephone enquiries
-
Successful candidates will be required to start immediately or as soon as possible - subject to their current employer’s notice period.
Minimum requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)

An admin related qualification together with a legal or finance background will be an advantage
-
Preferably have 3-5 years administration related experience

The candidate must have outstanding administrative, time management and organisational skills
-
Fully computer literate on Microsoft Office suite* with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
-
A proven record of working on internal company systems will be advantageous
-
Must be able to work independently and also function well within a team
-
An understanding of Business, Finance and Admin processes
-
Applicants must have good interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
-
Applicant must be well spoken and fluent in both Afrikaans and English
-
Strong sense of client-orientated service delivery
-
Logical and analytical approach to work and problem solving
-
Must work with extreme accuracy and required attention to detail
-
The candidate must be able to work unsupervised and under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
-
Self-reliance with a high level of integrity and accountability
-
Must have own reliable transport
