- Know your Consumer deeply - Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands.
- Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence - Develops Brand Essence (developed or applied from SBU / GMB)
- Delight with Product Experience- Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to NHW and to CSV (where applicable)
- Win with Shoppers- Deeply understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, actively contributes to the design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops and drives brand portfolio strategy, pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio and recommends new SKU's for key channels and key customers
- Innovate Bigger Bolder Better - Develop and successfully execute consumer centric Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
- Plan and Execute Flawlessly- Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands
- Create Engaging Brand Experiences- Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of a trusted NHW leader.

What will make you successful
- A Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in Marketing and at least 3 years in a leadership role
- FMCG Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Post Matric Qualification i.e., Bachelor's Degree/IMM Diploma
