Wellness Assistant, Castle Gate - Wellness Warehouse

Job Description

• Sales: Assist with POS, contributing to meeting and exceeding sales targets, specializing in all departments through focused supplier training and prescribed booklist completion
• Customer Experience: Professionalism, house-keeping, store look and feel, know the layout of store to direct customers to products
• Store Disciplines and Productivity: Ticketing, effective merchandising as per guidelines
• Risk Management: Stock control - stock counts & product expiry checks

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Relevant diploma / short course qualification (Health and wellness modality / Effective selling (retail) / Product specific knowledge)
• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience (2 years industry specific)
• Fully computer literate
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
• Competency Assessment Achieved
