Duties (not an exhaustive list):

• Performing duties for food preparation as required by Assistant Catering Manager and Catering Manager.

• Maintaining sanitation standards for Food Service Area.
• To assist in the preparation and cleaning of the dining area, including movement of furniture where appropriate
• To assist with following cleaning procedures during the meal service and after

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Matric is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of cleaning experiencing

Candidates should have the following attributes:

• Good interpersonal Skills
• The ability to interact well with clients/customers
• Trustworthy and Reliable
• A team player, able to work as part of a team
