Tanker Driver - Premier

Job Description

Purpose of the job:

Manage allocated load and/ or vehicle on assigned route to ensure products are delivered without incurring any damages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle for trip and operate Ultra heavy-duty vehicle
• Load, transport and offload of vehicles
• Handle required documentation and perform ancillary duties.
• Follow all other reasonable instructions from the supervisor

• Adhere to all applicable SOP’s and safety procedures
• Follow the reporting procedure of emergencies and defects/ breakdowns
• Housekeeping of vehicle, uniform and PPE

Other Requirements:

• Required to work shifts
• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Qualification Requirements

• Matric
• Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 24 months driving experience
• 3-5 years in a similar role
