Branch Operations
The role of a cleaner is to ensure an effective and efficient operation of cleaning services. Further to cleaning, the employee will be required to perform hospitality duties such as serving refreshments to management and visitors.

- Providing a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the offices and surroundings.
- Sweeping and/or vacuuming of all floors within the offices including boardrooms.
- Mopping floors with a wet or a damp mop within the offices including boardrooms.
- Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards and shelves.
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks within the offices.
- Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms area is arranged in the required manner at all times within the offices including the boardroom.
- Disposal of rubbish from pantry, kitchens, and workstations within the offices including boardrooms.
- To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels) within the offices.
- Collecting and cleaning of all mugs, teacups, glasses etc. from employees’ workstations within the offices including boardrooms.
- Hospitality Responsibilities
- Serving of refreshments to management and visitors.
- Serve tea/coffee and/or any other refreshment to the Head of Operations and all visitors.
- To replenish consumable items (coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc.) within the offices.
- Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
- Assist in keeping stock of all items held within the pantry.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Essential:
- Matric Certificate
Advantageous:
- Computer Literate – previous experience working on the computer
Note: No criminal record
Work Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in cleaning office
