Code 14 Driver - Novus Print Montague Gardens

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is currently looking to appoint an energetic and motivated person to accept responsibility as a Driver in the Despatch Department. The successful incumbent will report to the Despatch Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily deliveries to and from clients and suppliers (includes loading and offloading of goods).
• Accurate record-keeping of all deliveries
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy
• Perform daily maintenance checks

• Plan routes in a cost and time-effective manner
• Knowledge and adherence of all legal requirements and regulations stated in the National Road Traffic Act
• Notify the Manager of any major repairs or maintenance

Educational Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Valid unendorsed Code 14 with PDP driver’s license

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Code 14 driver
• Basic administrative functions
• Valid Forklift license
• Experience in delivering goods to and from clients and suppliers
