We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Kleinmond - Cape Town.
Job description
For overseeing, managing, and maximizing the entire business operations. Ensuring all staff are living the store culture and delivering excellent customer service while also monitoring the financial performance of the store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage targets and profitability of all the departments in the store
- Manage stock
- Pricing and POS
- Manage promotions
- Hygiene and housekeeping
- Manage staff
- Managing customers
- Open and close the store
- Engage with DC staff

Minimum requirements
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy required
- Industrial Relations experience required
