Job Description
To provide administration support for all multi-product policies and ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to staff at SBIB Head Office, Provinces, Bank Branches and customers.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Certificate of Proficiency
- FAIS Qualifications
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience within a Call Centre or Customer Services environment is a necessity.
