Minimum requirements

What we require:

  • Enthusiastic graduates with tertiary qualifications from accredited universities (Related Degree/Diploma)
  • Ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their respective fields
  • Unemployed candidates ready to embark on an exciting career adventure with Pick n Pay
  • South African citizens with valid ID documentation
  • Ability to travel to our Kenilworth Office Park for the duration of the program
  • If you have a desire to learn and grow in retail and if you are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong focus on accuracy, ensuring quality outcomes
  • Proficiency in interpreting data, conducting research, and drawing conclusions
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload effectively
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of basic financial principles and the ability to analyse financial data
  • Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office Suite)
