We, Pick n Pay are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Inventory Manager to join our team! As an Inventory Manager, you will monitor and report on the company’s inventory and act accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to SOP and report deviations on merchandise standards to the Store Manager.
- Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control Identify shortages and act promptly
- Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- Oversees, mentors and coach team members and ensures that performance is monitored, and corrects undesired behaviour.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 2-3 years experience in an inventory role
- Must have a valid Driver’s license code 08 (attach certified copy of license)
- Must have a valid South African ID (attach a copy to the application)
