ANEW Hotel OR Tambo is looking for a Porter/Driver. Your role will entail ensuring efficient assistance of carrying guest luggage, providing first-class customer service, showing guests to their rooms and answering any questions they may have about facilities.
The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Benoni.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely as they enter the room, project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.
- Inform guests of the services and accommodation rates in the hotel.
- Build good relations with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the hotel.
- To ensure communication and cooperation with relevant departments particularly housekeeping and restaurant.
- To ensure that enquiries, messages, are dealt with courteously and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- +2 years experience as a Porter/Driver
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Drivers license with a PDP
- Observant and proactive
- Ability to lift heavy objects
