POST: Messenger
Core Functions:
- Provide driving services to the Office of the Deputy National Commissioner: Crime Detection;
- Provide messenger and posting services to the Office of the Deputy National Commissioner: Crime Detection;
- Collect, and deliver documents and files to and from the Office of the Deputy National Commissioner: Crime Detection
Generic Requirements:
- Applicants must display competency in the post-specific functions of the post;
- Be a SA Citizen;
- Be proficient in at least two official languages, of which one must be English;
- Must have no previous criminal/departmental convictions or criminal/departmental cases pending;
- Applicants will be subjected to a vetting process which will include security screening and fingerprint verification.

Additional Requirements:
- A Grade 10 higher qualification will serve as an added advantage;
- A valid light vehicle driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage;
- Basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills;
- Be able to read and write;
- Willing to work extended hours, when necessary.
LOCATION: Office of the DNC: Crime Detection, Head Office, Pretoria
LEVEL OF REMUNERATION: R131 265 per annum
