Job Description
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide timely and accurate typing for managers.
- Organize up-to-date filing and an effective system of filing that ensures information is accessible in the secretary’s absence.
- Conduct telephone answering and receptionist responsibilities.
- Provide General Office Administration.
- Effectively conduct inter-department/unit communication responsibilities.
- Reliably transfer of messages.
- Have an awareness of computer system developments and applications or training that could assist in this role.
- Conduct activities with discretion and confidentiality.

- Support the secretarial needs of the HOD team.
- Support the team with capturing onboarding data.
- Assist in office stock management (ordering and receiving of stock) and manage procurement requests.
- Manage and update stock inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements: Matric/Grade 12
- Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence
Knowledge and Skills:
- Passed Receptionist module for operation of the relevant computer systems and communication systems.
- Literate and numerate
- Communications in English and other South African / local languages.
