Driver: Light - Novus Print Montague Gardens

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a Driver (Light-Code 08) to assist the Sales & Marketing & Despatch department to ensure that deliveries and pick-ups are done on a timely, correct, and effective manner. The successful incumbent will report to the National Sales Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily deliveries to and from clients and suppliers (Includes loading and offloading of goods).
• Accurate record keeping of all deliveries.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy.
• Perform daily maintenance checks.
• Plan routes on a cost and time effective manner.
• Knowledge and adherence of all legal requirements and regulations stated in the National Road Traffic Act.
• Perform some other undertakings such as running errands.
• Perform basic administration functions.
• Adherence to Health and Safety regulations.

Educational Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence with a clear driving record

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of year 3 years experience as a Code 8 driver
• Driving experience in delivering goods to and from clients and suppliers will be advantageous
