CLIENT SUPPORT
- Attend to all admin related queries that clients may have
- Follow-up on all queries (including account related queries)
- Send fitment certificates
- Provide usernames and passwords
- Attend to e-mails from RM/Clients
OTHER BRANCH FUNCTIONS
- Be the branch Receptionist
- Assist walk-in clients
- Assist technicians with queries
- Answer incoming calls
- Work towards and maintain a 90% Branch Quality Assurance Score
- When required scan stock out to technicians
Minimum requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Organised and professional
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Reliable transport
- Matric / Grade 12
- Fluent in English
