Job Functions Call Centre, Client Services Industries Sport & Recreation Specification
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for booking outstanding lessons for pros on a daily basis. Answering queryqs and responding to all customers timeously.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1. Booking lessons
- Call all lessons before expiry date and book at a suitable time for the customer and coach
2. Scheduling master classes and coordinating groups
- Booking all masterclasses a month in advance
- Coordinating groups when needed
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written Communication & Negotiation skills
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office at Intermediate level
- Ability to plan and organize workload to consistently achieve deadlines
