We’re looking for an ace employee to help keep track of our awesome products, keep our warehouses running smoothly and our customers happy

You have a passion for working with people. You like being hands-on and enjoy being the glue that holds various things together
You’re comfortable in a warehouse setting and thrive in a busy environment
responsibilities include:

Be able to record all data for reversals of problematic orders, damaged/missing stock, orders stuck in packed status, staff orders that must be captured correctly and in the correct procedure

Be accountable for reversing orders, dispatching orders, investigating orders in packed status and signing/sending staff orders

Updating and maintaining all sheets
-
Directly assisting your manager in all needs required
-
Answering all emails, ASANA tasks and messages relating to queries of missing stock, problematic orders, dispatch queries and staff orders
-
Communicating with peers regarding unpicked/problematic orders
-
Liaising with the Specialised Queries team and assisting where possible
-
Perform ad-hoc duties in any way required by superiors
-
Reporting in all ways required by your manager
-
Maintain and update implemented systems as required
-
Relevant research to be conducted to assist in the resolution of issues that may arise
-
Investigating missing stock
-
Have extensive working knowledge of Google Sheets, ODO Admin and Magento
-
Liaising with stock control, CPT and stores for stock required
requirements / skills:

Advanced computer literacy
-
Excellent people skills
-
Ability to understand the complete flow of goods ordered through the system

Ability to work unsupervised
-
Efficient documentation flow

qualifications & experience required

Matric/Grade 12 School Certificate (minimum)
-
Higher Certificate in Office administration or Office and Business Administration

3+ Years in an admin role
-
G-Suites & MS Excel – Intermediate
-
Experience with Google Sheets, ODO Admin & Magento
-
2+ Years Warehouse experience advantageous
