Responsibilities
- Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
- Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
- Access and analyse reports to drive continuous improvement
- Comply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, e.g Sales; Health and Safety; etc.
- Housekeeping and maintenance of company assets, e.g Hand Held Computers, Uniform, Mobile phone, etc.
- Collect and report competitor information
- Compile and implement sales & promotional plan
- Negotiate and manage price and shelf space
- Manage service levels by achieving a 100% call rate and 90% hit rate
- Visit and support customers
- Control Debtors & product returns
- Administer sales documents & reports specifically deals & credit notes

Qualifications
- 3 year Business / Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role / selling experience
- Valid drivers license
