Job description:
The Office Receptionist will be responsible to provide administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Booking meetings.
- Arranging couriers.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Perform other administrative duties as required

Skill sets required:
- Grade 12
- Office administration/receptionist experience required
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good administration, organization, and planning skills
- Well-spoken and presentable.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Highly reliable, adaptable and resilience.
