Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the CDE Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as Team Leader: CDE based in Benrose. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager: CDE.

KEY PURPOSE

To manage cooler (asset) warehousing, distribution and maintenance. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cooling Equipment warehousing and distribution.
  • Cooler in trade maintenance
  • Spare part management and controls.
  • Managed financials and budgeting
  • Customer service excellence
  • Route planning and scheduling
  • Reports and managed information
  • Managed vehicle fleet
  • Tool management and controls
  • Maintained safety, health and environmental standards
  • Achieved quality standards
  • Set goals and drive team performance
  • Leadership, support and guidance
  • Self-managed development

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Matric with a 3-year relevant management qualification in at least one of the following areas:
    • Engineering
    • Logistics
    • Technical Service Management
  • 5 years relevant experience in an FMCG/service environment of which 2 years must be in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of SHEQ
  • Good verbal and written communication ability
  • Code 08 – unendorsed drivers license essential
  • Computer literacy is essential
