Job Description
- Receive and recount cash from drivers
- Process payment against the correct driver as per receipt
- Make up bank, ensuring that it balances daily
- Record cash and cheques in cash-up summary
- Prepare deposit for bank
- Record seal numbers in register
- Keep the cash office door locked at all times
- Lock cash in safe overnight
- Previous days taking to be removed from premises in a timely manner
- Keep cash shortages to a minimum
Duties & Responsibilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (with maths & accounting)
- 2 – 3 years’ experience as a cashier or bank experience as well as general office experience
- Computer literate (Word, Excel & Syspro)
