Key Responsibilities
- Provides a Specialist and Professional Human Resources service with regards to Talent and Skills, employment equity, Organisational effectiveness, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, etc. for the Business unit or area.
- Provides professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
- Provides a generalist human resources service across the entire HR value chain.
- Project management and participation.
- Client relations and Specialist advice.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech in HR or Social Sciences

Experience:
- 5 years of sound-related experience in general human resources management and practices.
