This role is a specialist role within the Human Resources structure to ensure that systems, policies, and procedures are adhered to
You will be responsible for the following:
- Audit Time and attendance information to ensure attendance, long – and short shift, Overtime.
- Monitors and reports on employee attendance (at work, on leave, training, sick leave and absenteeism)
- Ensure compliant and correct labour movements
- Monitor staffing levels and effective manning as per M4S
- Implements all labour movements requests
- Monitors and forwards all relevant time and attendance information to line management
- Responds to all employee benefit / pay enquiries
- Supports line on all communication activities
This role is at a C1 level reporting to the HR Officer Operations

Qualifications
You will need the following:
- Grade 12
- NQF 4 Certificate in Human Resource Management/Employee Relations (1year)
- NQF 5 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
Experience
- 1 Year’ experience in a role or similar type of role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer literate in role including SAP HR & Logistics, ER
- English literate.
- Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
