Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have experience in Quality Assurance? Our award-winning Ultrasound and Cardiology Diagnostic Service seeks a Customer Service QA consultant to join our team.
As a part of our partnership with the NHS, we provide patient appointments nationwide in a community-based setting. As a Customer Service QA consultant, you will ensure that our customer service team provides the highest level of service to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
- Training customer service team members on best practices
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a customer service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration:
- We offer a competitive salary of R7500 per month, plus a shift allowance of R500.

Working hours during Daylight Savings are rotated between 9 am - 9 pm and 10 am - 10 pm. We also offer paid UK public holidays.

Min Requirements:
- Min 2 years of proven experience as a QA within a contact centre environment
- Strong understanding of Excellent Customer Service
- Matric
- Attention to detail
- Clear criminal record
