Job Description
Represent and sells the organisation's products and/or services to customers by footprint on the farms and obtaining orders and ensure growth in market share.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Visit clients on a monthly basis and take orders
- Planning of visits to clients and reporting thereof to management
- Process orders according to policies and procedures
- Ensure service delivery to customers are on a high standard to ensure growth in market share
- Meet targets as per budget for sales team as set by management
- Facilitate and solving of queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues as a matter of urgency
- Solicit new clients on an ongoing basis
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
- Continuous liaising with internal and external customers to ensure quality products and services
- To stay up to date with new products and market trends in the packaging industry
- Social interaction with customers and capable of entertaining guests at a marketing event

Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF4
- A degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
- Computer literate
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar capacity
- Clear Criminal Record
- Knowledge in the agricultural field will be advantageous
- Able to communicate and relate with customers and be aware of factors that is impacting seasonal supply and demand
