TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Support Officer: Emerging Farmers within the Trade Division at Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide a customer advisory service
- Co-ordinate and handle all customer queries and complaints
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Record the necessary information and distribute reports to relevant parties
- Represent TWK Trade branch on sector-specific events relating to emerging farmers i.e., Farmers Day & Information Day
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 3 years experience in agriculture and marketing
- Computer literate
- Good marketing skills
- Must be hard working and be able to work under pressure
- Drivers license
- Willing to travel
