Well-established Financial Services Company based in the Kloof area seeks a receptionist. We are looking for a professional and organised individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills
Duties will include:
- Greet Clients / Visitors
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the correct channels
- Manage board room bookings
- Supervise office stationery and maintenance
- Management of Petty Cash
- Support of underwriters and managers
- Supervise cleaning staff and order monthly groceries

Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- General Admin or Reception experience - 1 3 years experience
Salary: R12 000 R15 000
