- Manage the facilities administration and communicate effectively
- Perform administrative duties timeously
- Perform general office duties
- Onkey Call Management
- Acumatica purchase order and invoice processing
- Contractor Management
- Reception relief and backup
- Facilities Manager support

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own Transport/Vehicle
- 3 Years’ Experience
- MS Office Proficient
- Acumatica knowledge preferable
- Onkey knowledge preferable
- Facilities Management qualification (optional)
