Maintenance Technician: Shift - Tetra Pak

Job Summary

Works on equipment maintenance including breakdowns. Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logs & ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown. Perform preventive and corrective activities on equipment according to maintenance plans under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.

What you will do

• Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards
• Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards
• Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
• Maintain MDM requests. Based on Requests update the Equipment tree in SAP
• Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:
• Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimized
• Participate as a member of Maintenance teams

We believe you have

• Trade Test Millwright or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
• SAP basic knowledge WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis
• Experience and skills in identifying Root Causes and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge
• Production process knowledge is preferred
