Purpose of the Job
To ensure accurate and timeous despatching of parcels, creating and completing reports.

Job Objectives
- Following up on queries, including but not limited to proof of delivery queries, account queries, general adhoc queries.
- Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor timeously.
- Monitoring staff attendance and punctuality.
- Monitoring and reporting work performance of staff in designated store area.
- Following up with staff to ensure the correct despatching of routes.
- Providing assistance to the Fleet department in communicating the needed vehicle size for the load we have at specific departure times.
- Creating and completing reports.
- Checking the system and allocating routes as well as managing cut-off times.
- Managing customer collections.

Qualifications
Essential
- Grade 12 qualification
Experience
Essential
- at least one year of working experience in a similar position
Desirable
- Previous supervisory and warehouse experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledgeable in operating systems within a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of internal company procedures and policies
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Working towards deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
