The SPAR Group Ltd is recruiting for a Project Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team based in Jet Park.
Job description
The purpose of the position is to provide leadership and expertise in respect of the financial function on a 12-month fix term basis.
This position will be for a Company called Klipakkers that manages a group of retail stores.
- Provide assistance with managing Corporate Stores risk compliance
- Take responsibility for Corporate Stores Division accounting, future planning and analysis
- Administer and control store accounting procedures
- Manage compliance with taxation regulations

- Budget preparation, analysis and variance reporting
- Period- end Reporting, Reconciliations and Presentations
- Develop and monitor financial policies and parameters
- Review process flows and identifies and implements opportunities for improvement
- Fixed asset register maintenance and reconciliation
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Accounting degree with articles
- CIMA or CA qualification
- 3 to 5 Years accounting experience
- Advanced Excel abilities
- Problem-solving abilities
