Job brief:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, accounts and accounting tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities include:
- Organize company documents into online filing systems
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Make travel arrangements and process reimbursement forms
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Create and update expense reports
- Review and file payroll documents
- Manage and order office supplies
- Update office policies as needed
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile invoices, billing, customer reports and supplier accounts and identify discrepancies
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Prepare audits and stock takes
- Day-to-day office management and help with event planning
- Effectively handle personal requests and queries from senior managers
