Job Description
- To package finished products according to quality specifications while achieving operational throughput requirements within a safe and hygienic environment.
- Pack finished product on various FAWEMA packing machines.
- Reach production target per shift
- Ensure continuous quality & weight monitoring and recording of results.
- Ensure food safety and a hygienic work area are maintained at all times.
- Report all production downtime to shift Supervisor timeously
- Record and analyse downtime reasons on the Operator sheet.
- Deep cleaning of machines and areas to improve housekeeping and control infestation
- Adhoc duties requested by HOD and Packing / Superintendent
- Invocom participation and facilitation
- 6-day position
- May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
- May be required to work shifts and overtime

Experience Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG / Milling industry.
