The Cycle Count Manager is responsible for the end-to-end inventory process in the distribution centre. Core to this role is ensuring accurate inventory capturing, efficient product rotation and adherence to established inventory processes. You will lead and oversee the Cycle Count department as well as identify, analyse and address operational inventory inefficiencies. The team will look to you for effective resolution of discrepancies, and suggestions for continuous improvement, to enable and maintain efficient stock replenishment in the Distribution Centre.

Job Objectives
- Manage the end-to-end inventory process, ensuring accurate inventory capturing, efficient product rotation, and adherence to established inventory processes.
- Plan, implement and oversee regular stock counts to identify cases of theft or loss.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock data to ensure alignment between on the floor inventory and the stock count on SAP.
- Investigate and effectively resolve any stock discrepancies escalated by the Cycle Count Supervisors.
- Evaluate all inventory procedures and identify any operational inefficiency to drive continuous improvement.
- Actively share learnings and insights with relevant stakeholders. Oversee the Cycle Count Supervisors, and provide guidance as Conduct regular discussions with Cycle Count Supervisors on an on-going basis, and demonstrate a close understanding of the status of their work and related performance
- Provide training and support pertaining to specific knowledge that will maintain operational effectiveness

Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Supply chain, Logistics or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar managerial position within Supply Chain/ Distribution/ Logistics environment
