Position Purpose:
- To control inbound and outbound of all lubricants
Position outputs:
- Maintain detailed records of all lubricant issues and receipts.
- Assist with weekly cycle counting and stock verification
- Ensure housekeeping statutory requirements are applied daily
- Ensure all safety practices are implemented and followed as per SOP.
- Ensure accurate records of all used lubricants from the Mobile browser.
- Alert management on equipment that consumed abnormally compared to kilometres used.
- Support with the general requirements within the procurement department.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric/ NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in stock controlling
Competencies:
Knowledge required:
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Lubricant operating procedure
Skills Required:
- Planning and organizing
- Computer literacy
- Analytical with financial acumen
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
